# Adding a Contact

1. Click on the Contacts page

2. Click 'Create Contact'

3. Enter Email address, First Name, Last Name

4. If contact already exists, email [info@jhoustonhomes.com](mailto:info@jhoustonhomes.com) and ask for that contact to be assigned to you.

5. For 'Model Home Visit' property - only select 'yes' option if you want this to count on your traffic report for the week. Only select 'yes' option for 'Are They a Realtor?' property if the contact you are entering in is a realtor.

6. If prospect is looking at a specific spec home, please notate in the 'Spec Viewing' property

7. If prospect has a realtor, please put in realtor's info here

8. For 'Legal Basis for Processing', please select the first option - 'Legitimate Interest - Prospect/Lead'

9.  Click 'Create', and then you're done! This contact will now show up in your contact list.
